Conditions for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, articles must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused.
- All tags must be intact.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The original invoice must be provided.
If you have received a defective article, the wrong size, or an incorrect item, you will be required to provide proof of the issue.
Online Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service department via email at info@nawria.com. The online exchange process typically takes 7-10 business days to complete after verification.
In-Store Exchanges:
For in-store exchanges, customers must present the original invoice, and all tags must be intact for the purchased article.
Return Policy:
If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order invoice or order confirmation email, must be provided.
- Returns are only accepted if the items delivered are incorrect or damaged.
