Orders

1. How can I place an order?

To place an order, follow these simple steps:

  • Add your desired items to your shopping bag.
  • Click on the "Shopping Bag" icon and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your required contact, shipping, and billing information.
  • Click on "Continue to Payment" and select your preferred payment method.
  • Click on "Complete Order" and check your email for an order confirmation.

If you are signed into your Nawria account, your shipping and billing details will be stored for convenience. You can still edit or add additional information as needed.

2. Can I place an order via phone?

Currently, orders can only be placed through the website. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out via email at info@nawria.com.

3. Can I place an order online and pick it up from the store?

Unfortunately, store pickups are not available at this time. We are working on offering this service soon.

4. How can I review my order after placing it?

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing all the order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, feel free to contact our customer service team by email at info@nawria.com.

5. Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?

You can contact our customer service team by emailing info@nawria.com to request changes within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed. Alternatively, you can request a cancellation of the entire order and place a new one.

6. What is my order number?

Your order number will be provided in the Order Confirmation Email, which you will receive after completing your purchase. This number can be used to identify and track your order.

7. What should I do if I find an issue with my order upon receiving it?

If there’s a discrepancy or issue with your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@nawria.com to resolve the matter promptly.

8. Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?

No, items are only reserved for you once you have confirmed your order at checkout.

9. Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed.
  • Once the order has been processed, you will receive a tracking ID via email. After delivery, our exchange policy will apply to your order.
  • Nawria reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or if the payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

10. How can I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by clicking on the "Order Tracking" icon on our website. Enter your tracking ID to view updates. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team by email at info@nawria.com for assistance.


Payment Options

1. What payment options are available?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

2. Can I pay COD with a cheque?

We only accept cash for COD orders.

3. Can the billing address differ from the shipping address?

For COD orders, we do not require a billing address—only a shipping address for delivery. For credit/debit card orders, both billing and shipping addresses are required. If you wish to use a different billing address, simply select "Use a different billing address" during checkout.


Delivery

1. What is the delivery time for a Nawria order?

Local order delivery typically takes 5–7 working days. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the next working day. Delivery times are subject to item availability and payment verification.

2. What are the delivery charges for orders?

Nawria offers free shipping nationwide for all orders.

3. How many attempts will the courier make to deliver my order?

Our courier partners make at least two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to receive the parcel, it will be returned to us after the second failed attempt. Please ensure the address provided is accurate when placing your order.

Note: Please do not accept parcels if they are already opened or tampered with. Only accept parcels that are sealed in Nawria-branded packaging.
